Your satisfaction with your jewellery purchase is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition and packaging including all original documentation within 7 days of the date received for a refund or exchange. Any item that has been modified or is not in resale condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

To arrange for a return please call our customer service representatives at 1-204 726 9100 (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm CST) who will validate your purchase date and qualification for return within the 7 day period. After this validation process they will issue to you the necessary information to complete the refund or exchange.

There are certain costs that are not refundable on returns along with some items that are final sale due to the nature of wearing. They include but are not restricted to:

Shipping charges-the original shipping charge is non-refundable
Shipping charges to return the item for refund is at the customer’s expense

Your refund receipt will be mailed to you via regular mail and any credits earned will be put back on the original credit card the purchase was initially made on.
